Mr. Weinberg’s professional career spans 39 years as a civil litigator. Over that period of time his practice has been devoted to personal injury litigation involving medical negligence, products liability and highway design cases. He has tried in excess of 100 Superior Court jury trials for claims of personal injury and wrongful death. In addition to an extensive civil trail completion record, Mr. Weinberg has mediated hundreds of complex cases. Mr. Weinberg has been a member of ABOTA since 1985. He has held the rank of Advocate since 2012.
