Having been recognized as “One of the Top Three Mediators for the Riverside Superior Courts” in 2012, Mr. Cripe, a retired litigator, devotes full time to ADR Services and teaching mediation (University of La Verne College of Law) and training mediators. Formally trained (Straus, American Arbitration Association and AIM, among others), Mr. Cripe has mediated between 3,000 and 4,000 cases of all types and is currently in high demand.
