Dennis Wojs, Esq.

CEDRS Mediator Dennis Wojs, Esq.

Dennis Wojs has been practicing in California for the last thirty four years. He has been primarily involved in high end complex litigation, including medical malpractice and products liability cases. At one point in his career, he was one of six managing partners of a seventy man law firm. He has lectured on the art of trying a jury trial both to attorneys at the firm as well as outside entities.

By 1991 he had already achieved the rank of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Early in his career he did mostly defense work; later on he partnered with high profile plaintiff’s attorneys on significant damage cases. Given the hundreds of MSC’s,arbitrations, and mediations he has been involved in, not to mention his extensive jury trial experience, he is uniquely qualified to see both sides of the case, both the strengths and weaknesses of the matter. He sits as a pro tem in Riverside and San Bernardino Courts. He also sits on the Riverside and San Bernardino Superior Court panel of mediators.

Given his broad medical background, he is in a special position to evaluate the damage aspects of a claim. With a calm demeanor, he puts clients at ease, but his strong desire to serve the litigants makes him an untiring advocate for the mediation process. He has attended several mediation conferences and is trained through the Straus Institute at Pepperdine School of Law.
